2. Delivery Estimates

The estimated delivery time for all orders, regardless of destination, is within 5 days from the date of shipment. This timeline applies to both domestic (U.S.) and international deliveries, and is based on standard shipping transit times with our trusted carrier partners.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Minor delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs clearance procedures (for international orders), carrier disruptions, weather conditions, peak shopping seasons, or address inaccuracies. We will notify you promptly if a significant delay (exceeding the 5-day estimate) is anticipated, and our support team will assist with tracking and resolving any shipment issues.

3. Shipping Methods & Fees

We offer free global shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. This free shipping applies to every destination worldwide, and no additional shipping fees, handling fees, or surcharges will be added at checkout or during delivery.

All orders are shipped via our standard shipping method. We do not offer expedited, overnight, or加急配送 services at this time. Standard shipping is the only available option, and we cannot accommodate requests for alternative shipping methods.

4. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all countries and territories worldwide. For international orders, customers are responsible for complying with their local customs regulations and any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are assessed by your local customs office upon delivery. larocheposayusshop has no control over these additional costs and cannot predict their amount. 5. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify or correct addresses after an order has been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be required to contact our support team to arrange for reshipment, and we may charge a nominal fee to cover the additional shipping cost. We are not liable for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect address information.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost (not delivered within 7 days of the estimated delivery date) or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number, tracking number, and (for damaged items) clear photos of the package and product. We will investigate the issue with our carrier and provide a resolution—either a full refund, replacement, or reshipment—at our discretion, free of charge.
